The AINR Secretariat will be available to members and those desiring information about the Association during the days of the Congress, with the same hours as the Secretariat.
Event cancellation due to force majeure and supervening impossibility
In the event that the 32nd AINR National Congress cannot take place due to causes not attributable to the organizers or due to force majeure (war, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, Italian or foreign legislative or regulatory measures, outbreak of epidemic, health emergency, etc.) the Organizers shall not be liable for any compensation for damages, costs or losses incurred, including registration fee, travel expenses, hotel stay and any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
